Logistical requirements. 5.1 It will be expected from the successful authorized dealer to deliver, install and commission the digital colour copiers/ multifunctional devices at the following address within a period not exceeding six (6) weeks from the date of issuing of an order by the Cape Winelands District Municipality, or within a period to be mutually agreed upon between the authorized dealer and the Cape Winelands District Municipality: 00 Xx Xxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxxxx.
Logistical requirements. The WRC Host must provide bus, or approved similar, transport for WRC competitors from at least the nearest major airport to the event centre and return. Transport may also be provided from other appropriate locations at the discretion of the WRC Host. The timing of this transport shall be suitable to meet the reasonable expectations of the competitors. The transport shall be able to be booked by competitors via the event website from the date of the opening of entries until a date not more than two months before the WRC. Competitors may be charged for the use of this transport on a cost recovery basis. The WRC Host shall arrange a venue for the IRF to conduct a meeting of representatives IRF Members and other rogaining nations on the afternoon immediately prior to the WRC. The venue shall be under cover and suitable for use in all reasonably expected weather conditions. It shall be suitable for up to 50 people and available for the period between 12:00 Noon and 6:00pm. Any costs associated with provision of this venue shall be the responsibility of the IRF.

Logistical requirements. 3.1 Adherence to delivery dates and delivered quantity The SUPPLIER is obligated to meet the delivery date that was agreed with POLYTEC in advance. If it is unreasonable for POLYTEC to accept the supplies that were delivered before the agreed delivery date, then POLYTEC can refuse the acceptance or send the goods back to the SUPPLIER at the SUPPLIER's cost.. POLYTEC will charge the SUPPLIER for the administrative and other incurred costs of the respectively affected delivery. Furthermore, the delivered goods must correspond to the ordered quantity of the item on the purchase order. Partial deliveries are only permissible after POLYTEC has given its prior consent. If the SUPPLIER cannot meet the delivery dates, then he must inform POLYTEC immediately.

The Participant shall maintain availability of its data for query on a 24 hour/7 day basis with the exception of routine and unexpected maintenance, at greater than 99% uptime monthly. The Participant shall make its data available for a minimum look-back period of 18 months up to and including current available data and update the available data daily.
