Special Conference Meetings. A. Special meetings between the Association and the Board may be called by mutual agreement for the purpose of discussing important matters. Normally the arrangements for the special meetings will be made between the Association President and the Superintendent or designee. Such arrangements will include an agenda, a specified time and place for the meeting, and the names of the persons to be invited. If there is agreement to hold the meeting during regular working hours, employees participating shall not suffer a loss of pay for the time spent in attending the meeting.
