Special Duty for Second Employers. The Sheriff’s Office from time to time may enter into contract arrangements. The Sheriff’s Office shall implement a system whereby employees are allowed to perform on a voluntary basis Special Duty work for a second employer. Second duty work shall mean uniformed or non- uniformed work outside the employee’s regular shift which is contracted by the Sheriff’s Office.
