Special Educational Leave for Health Personnel. Each regular full-time employee who has served in one of the following enumerated classes which require a valid license or certificate, excluding motor vehicle license, shall be allowed a maximum of forty (40) hours educational leave with pay per fiscal year to attend formally organized courses, institutes, workshops or classes which are necessary to achieve the particular classification's certification or relicensure.
