HEALTH INSURANCE /P103 PER DIEM NURSES. 432. Subject to approval of the Health Services Board and to the extent permitted under the Charter, per diem nurses may become members of the System, provided that the cost of membership shall be paid by the nurse without contributions from the City and County. Per Diem nurses may initiate payroll deductions for the purchase of health plans offered by the Union.
