Special Employment Lists. The County will establish a TET Employment Pool which will include the names of all laid off County employees. Special employment lists for job classes may be established from the pool. Persons placed on a special employment list must meet the minimum qualifications for the class. An appointment from such a list will not affect the individual's status on a layoff list(s).
