Special Evaluation Process. A special evaluation may be conducted whenever the administrator has cause to believe that the faculty member is not meeting the job expectancies set forth in Sections 18.B – 18.F of this article. It is the responsibility of the administrator to thoroughly investigate the complaint to validate the allegation prior to the initiation of the Special Evaluation Process. In such situations, the appropriate administrator (generally the xxxx) will determine the appropriate method and scope of the evaluation. The evaluation process, as determined by the administrator, may include, but is not limited to, such methods of review as student evaluations, peer evaluations, administrative evaluations and/or classroom/worksite visitations. Special evaluations will be conducted in conformance with the principles set forth in Section 18.H. of this Agreement. Whenever possible, all such evaluations will be conducted by College employees.
