Special Leave: Jury Duty. 1. Employees shall not have their pay reduced for the time required to attend jury duty that is scheduled during the employees’ work hours. Time required for jury duty includes actual time spent in commuting. 2. The employee shall be responsible for immediate notification to the College/University of impending jury duty. 3. Employees shall submit to the College/University written verification of attendance signed by a representative of the court.
