Special Merit. Any unit merit funds remaining after the above distributions of merit increases will be awarded for each year to eligible in-unit faculty by the xxxx or director of the unit as Special Merit salary increases for exceptional performance. Special Merit increases are to be awarded for exceptional performance that substantially surpasses the minimum standards used in the unit for “exceeds” on one or more of the performance categories.

  • Special Meetings Special meetings of the Trustees may be held at any time and at any place designated in the call of the meeting when called by the President or the Treasurer or by two or more Trustees, sufficient notice thereof being given to each Trustee by the Secretary or an Assistant Secretary or by the officer or the Trustees calling the meeting.

  • Registration Data Directory Services Until ICANN requires a different protocol, Registry Operator will operate a WHOIS service available via port 43 in accordance with XXX 0000, and a web-­‐based Directory Service at <whois.nic.TLD> providing free public query-­‐based access to at least the following elements in the following format. ICANN reserves the right to specify alternative formats and protocols, and upon such specification, the Registry Operator will implement such alternative specification as soon as reasonably practicable.
