EXCEPTIONAL PERFORMANCE. In accordance with subsection (d)(1)(A), above, the “exceptional performance” criteria for a Color Scheme with experience operating a Ramp Taxi Medallion(s) is as follows: 12 paratransit wheelchair pick-ups on average, per Ramp Taxi Medallion, per month over the 12 months preceding the issuance of the Use Agreement. The “exceptional performance” criteria for a Driver with experience driving a Ramp Taxi Medallion is as follows: six paratransit wheelchair pick-ups on average, per month over the 12 months preceding the issuance of the Use Agreement. In the alternative, a Driver with experience driving a Ramp Taxi Medallion may also qualify to receive a Ramp Taxi Medallion Use Agreement if he or she has made 10 paratransit pick-ups (including wheelchair and non-wheelchair pick-ups) on average, per month over the 12 months preceding the issuance of the Use Agreement, and has received no more than two substantiated customer service-related complaints over the six months preceding the issuance of the Use Agreement.

EXCEPTIONAL PERFORMANCE. In such cases as may occur wherein an employee shall demonstrate exceptional ability and proficiency in the performance of assigned duties, said employee may be given a special merit advancement to the next higher step without regard to the minimum length of service provisions contained in this Article, upon the recommendation of the Fire Chief and the approval of the Board of Directors.
EXCEPTIONAL PERFORMANCE. Procedure: 1. An eligible Association member may be recommended for a merit award by: a. the unit member b. supervisor c. an employee of the College 2. A completed application packet, including a cover sheet and a letter of intent (see Appendix II and III) must be submitted by the individual to the Chairperson of the Professional Standards Committee no later than April 1st. Failure to comply could result in a processing delay. 3. The Professional Standards Committee will review all requests. Recommendations for support or non-support (with explanation) will be made to the President of the College. The Professional Standards Committee will notify each applicant of their recommendation no later than May 1st of the academic year.
EXCEPTIONAL PERFORMANCE. (a) A permanent employee paid at the control point maximum, who has demonstrated exceptional performance, may be granted on the anniversary date at least three (3) re-earnable increments, not to exceed the discretionary maximum. Authorization by the Superintendent must be based on exceptional performance as assessed pursuant to the performance management system. (b) Given that the rate of pay at the control point maximum relates to fully developed job performance, the recommended guideline for granting exceptional performance re-earnable increments is for circumstances of clearly extraordinary achievement, or achievement under extraordinary circumstances. (c) A permanent employee paid below the control point maximum, who has demonstrated exceptional performance, may be granted three (3) steps for exceptional performance on the anniversary date. Any of the three (3) steps exceeding the control point maximum will be granted as a re-earnable increment. (d) A permanent employee paid below the control point maximum may be granted on anniversary date a combination of a merit (permanent) increment and a re-earnable increment. The two combined increases are not to exceed the five (5) steps allowed for exceeding expectations.
EXCEPTIONAL PERFORMANCE. An employee may receive a bonus on an annual basis if the employee’s performance is determined to be exceptional. All bonuses are based upon the Performance Appraisal System. These bonuses will also take effect and be payable on the first day of the fiscal year and will be paid even though an employee may be at the top of his/her grade.

  • School Performance The School shall achieve an accountability designation of Good Standing or Honor on each of the three sections of the Performance Framework. In the event the School is a party to a third party management contract which includes a deficit protection clause, the School shall be exempt from some or all measures within the financial portion of the Performance Framework. In accordance with Charter School Law, the Authorizer shall renew any charter in which the public charter school met all of the terms of its performance certificate at the time of renewal.

  • Continuing Performance (a) The obligations under this Agreement continue until satisfied in full and do not merge with any action performed or document executed by any Party for the purposes of performance of this Agreement. (b) Any representation in this Agreement survives the execution of any document for the purposes of, and continues after, performance of this Agreement. (c) Any indemnity given by any Party under this Agreement: (i) constitutes a liability of that Party separate and independent from any other liability of that Party under this Agreement or any other agreement; and (ii) survives and continues after performance of this Agreement.

  • Work Performance Xxxxxx agrees that all Services performed hereunder shall be performed on a best effort basis by employees, students, faculty, graduate assistants and staff having an appropriate experience and skill level and in compliance with the statement of work.

  • Full Performance The Owner and the Contractor hereby agree to the full performance of the Contract Documents.

  • Substantial Performance This Contract shall be deemed to be substantially performed only when fully performed according to its terms and conditions and any written amendments or supplements.

  • Ongoing Performance Measures The Department intends to use performance-reporting tools in order to measure the performance of Contractor(s). These tools will include the Contractor Performance Survey (Exhibit H), to be completed by Customers on a quarterly basis. Such measures will allow the Department to better track Vendor performance through the term of the Contract(s) and ensure that Contractor(s) consistently provide quality services to the State and its Customers. The Department reserves the right to modify the Contractor Performance Survey document and introduce additional performance-reporting tools as they are developed, including online tools (e.g. tools within MFMP or on the Department's website).

  • Seller’s Performance All of the covenants and obligations that Seller is required to perform or to comply with pursuant to this Agreement at or prior to the Closing (considered collectively), and each of these covenants and obligations (considered individually), shall have been duly performed and complied with in all material respects.

  • Prompt Performance All actions required to be taken (including payments) by any party under this Agreement shall be performed within the time prescribed for performance in this Agreement, or if no period is prescribed, such actions shall be performed promptly.

  • Unsatisfactory Performance All work performed by the Contractor is expected to be done in the most expeditious and professional manner as specified in Section 5 of this document, while also complying with the workmanlike standard clause contained at Section 5.4.1.

  • Lawful Performance Vendor shall abide by all Federal, State and Local Laws, Ordinances, Regulations, and Statutes as may be related to the performance of duties under this agreement. In addition, all applicable permits and licenses required shall be obtained by the vendor, at vendor’s sole expense.
