SPECIAL PROVISIONS FEDERAL CLAUSES FOR SERVICES. This Contract will be funded in whole or in part with federal funding. As such, federal laws, regulations, policies and related administrative practices apply to this Contract. The most recent of such federal requirements, including any amendments made after the execution of this Contract shall govern the Contract, unless the federal government determines otherwise. This section identifies the federal requirements that may be applicable to this contract. The Vendor is responsible for complying with all applicable provisions, updates or modifications that occur in the future relating to these clauses. The federal requirements contained in the most recent version of the Uniform Administrative Requirements for federal awards (Uniform Rules) codified at 2.C.F.R., Part 200, including any certifications and contractual provisions required by any federal statutes or regulation referenced therein to be included in this contract are deemed incorporated into this contract by reference and shall be incorporated into any sub- agreement or subcontract executed by the Vendor pursuant to its obligations under this Contract. The Vendor and its sub-contractors, if any, hereby represent and covenant that they are have complied and shall comply in the future with the applicable provisions of the original contract then in effect and with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and rules and local policies and procedures, as amended from time to time, relating to Work to be performed under this contract.

  • Special Provisions for Affected Systems For the re-payment of amounts advanced to Affected System Operator for System Upgrade Facilities or System Deliverability Upgrades, the Developer and Affected System Operator shall enter into an agreement that provides for such re-payment, but only if responsibility for the cost of such System Upgrade Facilities or System Deliverability Upgrades is not to be allocated in accordance with Attachment S to the ISO OATT. The agreement shall specify the terms governing payments to be made by the Developer to the Affected System Operator as well as the re-payment by the Affected System Operator.

  • STANDARD CLAUSES FOR NYS CONTRACTS The parties to the attached contract, license, lease, amendment or other agreement of any kind (hereinafter, "the contract" or "this contract") agree to be bound by the following clauses which are hereby made a part of the contract (the word "Contractor" herein refers to any party other than the State, whether a contractor, licenser, licensee, lessor, lessee or any other party):
