Special Provisions Pertaining to Skilled Trades Employees. All sections of the Agreement shall apply to employees in the Skilled Trades except to the extent that if an interpretative conflict arises between the terms of this Section and the rest of the Agreement, the specific term or terms of this Section shall prevail.

Related to Special Provisions Pertaining to Skilled Trades Employees

  • Leave Without Pay for the Care and Nurturing of Pre-School Age Children Subject to operational requirements, an employee shall be granted leave without pay for the personal care and nurturing of the employee's pre-school age children in accordance with the following conditions:
