Special Rates. (a) A xxxxxxxxx holding a current tradesperson certificate and working on the Project as a xxxxxxxxx (setting out) shall be paid an all purpose allowance of $0.71 per hour. (b) A painter holding a current tradespersons certificate or tradespersons rights recognition and is able to and/or is required to perform work with toxic substances, industrial chemicals and materials, shall be paid an all purpose allowance of $0.73 per hour.
