Special Studies. The evaluation component of the M&E Plan will describe the purpose of the evaluation, methodology, timeline, required MCC approvals, and the process for collection and analysis of data for each evaluation. The results of all evaluations will be made publicly available in accordance with MCC’s guidelines for monitoring and evaluation plans posted from time to time on the MCC Website (the “MCC Policy for Monitoring and Evaluation of Compacts and Threshold Programs”).
