Specialty Units. To be eligible for the bonus provided for in this Section, the member must be assigned to one of the following specialty units: • Investigations; • VIN; • K-9, • Strategic Enforcement Team; • Community Involvement; • Bicycle; • Training; • Street Intelligence Unit; • Youth liaison; • Burglary Enforcement and Reduction; or • Threat Management Unit. Members assigned to one of the above specialty units will be paid a bonus in the pay period including January 1 and July 1 of each year. The amount of the assignment pay bonus is $1,500 per semi-annual period for Law Enforcement Officers, or $115 per two- week pay period in which the member served in a specialty unit. If a member assigned to a specialty unit is transferred from a specialty unit to a non- specialty unit by the department based on departmental needs, the member will be compensated for the time spent in the specialty unit, at a prorated rate equivalent to $115 per pay period worked for Law Enforcement Officers in the specialty unit, based on the $1,500 semi-annual amount.
Specialty Units. The above procedures for census adjustments within a specialty unit will only apply to staff qualified to be assigned to those units.
Specialty Units. Labor & Delivery, OR Greenlawn, PACU Greenlawn, PACU IROH, OR IROH, Emergency Department, Critical Care Units, and Special Studies.
Specialty Units. Sergeants assigned by the Employer to Specialty Units will receive one dollar and sixty cents ($1.60) per hour above their regular pay rate.
Specialty Units. A. Effective the first (15� full pay period following full execution of this Agreement, Police Officers (not Sergeants) assigned by the Employer to Specialty Units will be paid three dollars and thirty cents ($3.30) per hour above their regular pay level. Specialty Units shall be defined by the Chief of Police and the Director of Human Resources.
B. Effective the first (1·� full pay period following full execution of this Agreement, Sergeants as signed by the Employer to Specialty Units will receive one dollar and sixty cents ($1.60) per hour above their regular pay rate.
Specialty Units. The Hospital shall not assign the Nurses to duties in specialty units for which the Nurse has not established competencies or in which the Nurse has not been oriented except for training purposes and/or in case of emergency. For the purpose of this section, specialty units shall consist of the following: CCU, ED, PACU, GI Lab, OR, Cath Lab and WHC.
