DOMESTIC HELP Following your repatriation by us following an illness linked to an epidemic or a pandemic, if you cannot perform your usual household chores, we look for, arrange and pay for domestic help assistance, within the limit indicated in the Schedule of Cover. DELIVERY OF HOUSEHOLD SHOPPING Following your repatriation by us following an illness linked to an epidemic or a pandemic, if you are not able to leave your home, we organize and cover, within the limit of local availability, the costs of delivery of your shopping within the limit set in the Schedule of Cover.   • Warranty; Limitation of Liability Dade Behring warrants that the Equipment and Hemostasis Patient Reportable Tests are free from defects in material and workmanship and the Hemostasis Patient Reportable Tests conform to the product inserts which accompany them. Dade Behring warrants that it will comply with all applicable federal laws and regulations related to the Equipment, Maintenance and Tests including all regulations of the FDA. Dade Behring further warrants that any Equipment/Supply price breakdowns which are requested by Customer and provided by Dade Behring are correct and can be relied upon by Customer in preparing Customer’s Medicare Cost Reports and related documentation. Except as expressly stated in this Agreement, DADE BEHRING MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR OF FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE.   • Exclusions and Limitations for Third Party Software SUBJECT TO THE EXCLUSION OF DAMAGES STATED IN SECTION 9.2 AND WITH RESPECT TO THIRD PARTY SOFTWARE, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES AND REGARDLESS OF THE NATURE OF ANY CLAIM SHALL SAP OR ITS LICENSORS’ BE LIABLE FOR AN AMOUNT IN EXCESS OF THE PAID LICENSE FEES FOR THE THIRD PARTY SOFTWARE DIRECTLY CAUSING THE DAMAGES.
