Specifications of Train Wrap. The Licensee shall exercise extreme care in affixing or removing of train wraps on exterior surface of Metro Trains and ensure that no damage of whatsoever nature is caused to the exterior surfaces, including but not limited to peeling off surface paint, scratches, dents, etc. A good quality of train wraps of 3M or M/s LG Hausys make or equivalent/higher specifications may be used. The train wraps on glass pane should be of contra- vision type so that it does not hamper or obstruct the visibility.

Specifications of Train Wrap. The Licensee shall exercise extreme care in affixing or removing of train wraps on exterior and interior surface of Metro Trains and ensure that no damage of whatsoever nature is caused to the exterior and interior surfaces, including but not limited to peeling off surface paint, scratches, dents, etc. A good quality of train wraps of 3M or M/s LG Hausys make or equivalent/higher specifications may be used. The train wraps on glass pane should be of contra- vision type so that it does not hamper or obstruct the visibility. In order to prevent the peeling of paint from the train’s FRP panels during removal of interior wrapping and the attachment of creative design, the licensee is required to apply a coating known as “3M Scotchkote Coating 960 HP” inside the train. The application of this coating within the train shall be carried out by Advertisement licensee/contractor itself. It is essential for the licensee to ensure that there is minimum clearance of atleast 3 inches between the creative design and any existing DMRC sticker or decals on the train, The creative design must remain affixed inside the train cars for minimum period of six months before it can be removed.

  • Other Types of Traffic 8.1 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or any Tariff: (a) the Parties’ rights and obligations with respect to any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with their exchange of Internet Traffic shall be governed by the terms of the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations; and, (b) a Party shall not be obligated to pay any intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that is in excess of the intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that such Party is required to pay under the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations. 8.2 Subject to Section 8.1 of this Attachment, interstate and intrastate Exchange Access, Information Access, exchange services for Exchange Access or Information Access, and Toll Traffic, shall be governed by the applicable provisions of this Agreement and applicable Tariffs. 8.3 For any traffic originating with a third party carrier and delivered by CBB to Verizon, CBB shall pay Verizon the same amount that such third party carrier would have been obligated to pay Verizon for termination of that traffic at the location the traffic is delivered to Verizon by CBB. 8.4 Any traffic not specifically addressed in this Agreement shall be treated as required by the applicable Tariff of the Party transporting and/or terminating the traffic. 8.5 The Parties may also exchange Internet Traffic at the technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA established hereunder for the exchange of Reciprocal Compensation Traffic. Any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with the Parties’ exchange of Internet Traffic shall be applied at such technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA in accordance with the FCC Internet Order.

  • Specifications and Standards a) All articles supplied shall strictly conform to the specifications, trademark laid down in the bidding document and wherever articles have been required according to ISI/ ISO/ other applicable specifications/ certifications/ standards, those articles should conform strictly to those specifications/ certifications/ standards.   • Technical Specifications The Technical Specifications furnished on the CD are intended to establish the standards for quality, performance and technical requirements for all labor, workmanship, material, methods and equipment necessary to complete the Work. When specifications and drawings are provided or referenced by the County, these are to be considered part of the Scope of Work, and to be specifically documented in the Detailed Scope of Work. For convenience, the County supplied specifications, if any, and the Technical Specifications furnished on the CD.

  • Reimbursements and Purchase Orders Expense reimbursement is not guaranteed and, when possible, Board members should seek pre- approval of expenses by providing an estimation of expenses on the Board's standardized estimated expense approval form, except in situations when the expense is diminutive. When pre-approval is not sought, Board members must seek reimbursement on the Board's standardized expense reimbursement form. Expense reimbursements and purchase orders shall be presented to the Board in its regular bill process.

  • Specifications That part of the Contract Documents consisting of written requirements for materials, equipment, systems, standards, and workmanship as applied to the Work, and certain administrative requirements and procedural matters applicable thereto.   • Changes to Specifications All Specifications and any changes thereto agreed to by the parties from time to time shall be in writing, dated and signed by the parties. Catalent shall respond promptly to any request made by Client for a change in the Specifications, and both parties shall use commercially reasonable, good faith efforts to agree to the terms of such change in a timely manner. As soon as possible after a request is made for any change in Specifications, Catalent shall notify Client of the costs associated with such change and shall provide such supporting documentation as Client may reasonably require. Client shall pay all costs associated with such agreed upon changes. If there is a conflict between the terms of this Agreement and the terms of the Specifications, this Agreement shall control. Catalent reserves the right to postpone effecting changes to the Specifications until such time as the parties agree to and execute the required written amendment.

  • Other Locations Except in the event of an emergency or of a planned System shutdown, the Fund’s access to services performed by the System or to Data Access Services at the Designated Locations may be transferred to a different location only upon the prior written consent of State Street. In the event of an emergency or System shutdown, the Fund may use any back-up site included in the Designated Configuration or any other back-up site agreed to by State Street, which agreement will not be unreasonably withheld. The Fund may secure from State Street the right to access the System or the Data Access Services through computer and telecommunications facilities or devices complying with the Designated Configuration at additional locations only upon the prior written consent of State Street and on terms to be mutually agreed upon by the parties.
