The employee’s spouse, parents, or children as defined in 18 the federal Family and Medical Leave Act (hereafter referred to as the “FMLA”); or 19 c. The employee’s parents-in-law as defined in the Oregon 20 Family Leave Act (hereafter referred to as “OFLA”); or 21 d. The employee’s domestic partner as designated in an 22 Affidavit of Domestic Partnership submitted to Employee Benefits; or 23 e. The children and parents of such domestic partner, 24 defined as if the domestic partner was the employee’s spouse.
