Specified others. a. Members of the employee’s immediate household; or b. The employee’s spouse, parents, or children as defined in the federal Family and Medical Leave Act (hereafter referred to as the “FMLA”); or c. The employee’s parents-in-law, grandparents and grandchildren as defined in the Oregon Family Leave Act (hereafter referred to as “OFLA”); or d. The employee’s domestic partner as designated in an Affidavit of Domestic Partnership submitted to Employee Benefits; or e. The children and parents of such domestic partner, defined as if the domestic partner was the employee’s spouse.
