Split Flight Duty Period. 9.9.1 Flight duty time can be extended up to one-half (1/2) the length of the rest period to a maximum of three (3) hours if: • The CCM has advance notice of the split flight duty time, and ; • The CCM receives a rest period of at least four (4) hours in suitable accommodation, and; • The CCM’s rest is not interrupted by the Company during the rest period, and; • The subsequent minimum rest period is increase by an amount at least equal to the extension.
