Food Although food may be served at a program being paid for with grant funds, the food may not be purchased with grant or matching funds.
Merchandise Programs, T-shirts, souvenirs, posters, novelty items, clothing apparel, and recorded media will be sold in the Centre only by BCEC Management or representatives nominated by it, unless BCEC Management agrees in writing to waive this condition. BCEC Management will retain 18% (including GST) of gross merchandise sales. Consumables During the design phase, Purchaser may participate in the selection of suppliers of consumables of the Supplier. In such case, the choice regarding the final selection of the said suppliers shall be mutually agreed between the Parties. Two suppliers shall be identified and selected for each type of consumables.
Fuel 28.1 The Vehicle must be returned with the amount of fuel equal to that at the time of the commencement of the rental. If the Vehicle is returned with less fuel, the difference will be charged to You at a rate of $5.00 including GST per litre (which includes a service component).
Beverages a. A $12/person minimum bar spend is imposed for all events, based on the Original or Final Guest Count, whichever is greater. Bar minimums are compulsory and can be met through cash bar, hosted bar or a combination of both. Minimum bar spend does not include Beverage Service Fees or Sales Tax.
Overbuilds Sprint will not provide non-discriminatory access to FTTH Loop or FTTC Loop on an unbundled basis when Sprint has deployed a FTTH Loop or FTTC Loop parallel to, or in replacement of, an existing loop facility, except that:

SHRINKAGE Seller will retain 3% of all volumes delivered to Seller on Xxxxx's behalf for shrinkage and line losses. The volumes retained by Seller will not create or contribute to an imbalance. Seller reserves the right to adjust the shrinkage factor, up or down, to account for actual line losses. Xxxxxx agrees to give Buyer thirty (30) days written notice of any adjustment.
Inoculations The Employer agrees to pay full expenses for inoculation or immunization shots for the employee and for members of an employee’s household when such becomes necessary as a result of said employee’s exposure to contagious diseases (including AIDS, tuberculosis and hepatitis) where said officer has been exposed to said disease in the line of duty.
Cooking The University will permit cooking only in the designated kitchen areas of the University Housing. In all other areas, cooking is permitted only with University approved appliances. The following appliances are prohibited: toaster ovens, microwave ovens larger than 800 xxxxx, refrigerators larger than 4.2 cubic feet, gas grills, steamers and any open-flame cooking device or heating unit.
