Sponsoring Agency. Sponsoring Agency is a cooperating party under a "Memorandum of Agreement" dated July 23, 2008 with the Federal Emergency Management Agency ("FEMA") and the State of California. A copy of the Memorandum of Agreement (the "FEMA MOA") is attached to this Agreement as Appendix "A" and incorporated by reference.
Sponsoring Agency. I agree to comply with the UAS Policy on Co-Sponsored Courses and will provide all necessary information in a timely manner.
Sponsoring Agency has authority to immediately suspend or terminate a Participant’s participation on the Task Force for failure to satisfy any mandatory requirement.

The assignment must demonstrate academic proficiency in the relevant topic.
Sponsoring Agency. By executing this Agreement Sponsoring Agency agrees to comply with all terms of the Joint Powers Agreement for Minnesota Task Force One Urban Search and Rescue Team that apply to sponsoring agencies. Sponsoring Agency acknowledges that the Indemnification and Liability provisions of Section 10 of the MN FT-1 Joint Powers Agreement also apply to Sponsoring Agency.
