Common use of Spousal Waiver Clause in Contracts

Spousal Waiver. A tuition waiver of fifty percent (50%) will be provided to the spouse of an eligible employee enrolled in a credit course(s) where the eligible employee has been employed for two years or more prior to the date on which the course will commence.

Spousal Waiver.
