Spring Daylight Savings Change. Employees who are working during the period of the Spring time change (i.e. their shift includes the hour of 1 a.m. on the affected Sunday) will be scheduled to work the full shift. In cases where the Department prefers to start the shift one hour earlier the affected employees will be contacted directly one week in advance.
