Daylight Savings. Employees shall be paid for the actual number of hours worked when scheduled to work the nights of the standard/daylight savings time changes. It is understood that this pay will be at straight time.
Daylight Savings. Notwithstanding the foregoing, overtime will not be paid for additional hours worked during a twenty-four (24) hour period as a result of a change-over to daylight saving from standard time or vice versa.

Daylight Savings. Employees working a shift during the commencement of daylight savings time will lose one (1) hour of annual leave from their annual leave banks. Employees may, at their option, elect to have the one hour deducted from their compensatory time off banks provided the Sheriff’s Business Office is notified prior to the start of the time change pay period. Employees working a shift during the end of daylight savings time who, as a result, work one hour in excess of the regular shift shall receive premium overtime compensation for that hour.

In no case shall the amount of regular pay for a full normal shift worked be affected by reason of the change in the number of normal hours worked in consequence of such change from daylight savings time to standard time and vice versa. There will be no payment for the additional hour worked and no reduction for the hour not worked because of the changeover.
Daylight Savings a. If the employee’s tour of duty coincides with daylight savings time and requires working an additional hour, the employee will be paid for the actual hours worked.
Daylight Savings. 42.1 Despite anything to the contrary in Section 2, if an Employee works on a shift during the daylight savings change over period, that Employee will be paid ordinary time or the applicable shift rate for the actual hours worked.
Daylight Savings. Time During the time change in the spring, employees shall submit a “Leave of absence” slip for vacation or “Comp” time for the one (1) hour not worked. Should an employee not have any vacation or “Comp” time, that employee shall only be allowed to work the additional hour. During the time change in the fall, employees shall be paid for all hours worked.
