SPRU Safety. a. Employees may request a buddy when circumstances warrant a buddy. The request for a buddy shall be reviewed pursuant to SPRU policy with a goal of ensuring that employees are safe and shall not be unreasonably denied. b. SPRU employees shall be eligible for workers compensation benefits. c. SPRU employees shall receive all necessary resources, including but not limited to working cell phones.
