Common use of SRO Work Schedule Clause in Contracts

SRO Work Schedule. While on-duty at the School and serving in the capacity as SRO, the SRO shall wear his/her Police Department issued uniform and provide services at the School two (2) days per week, for approximately four (4) hours each day, on dates and time that are mutually agreed upon in writing by the Parties. Any adjustment to the SRO’s schedule shall be subject to the agreement of the City and the District. If, for any reason, the SRO is absent on a day that he/she is assigned to work at the School, the City shall assign another police officer who meets the qualifications listed on Exhibit A to temporarily perform the SRO duties, subject to the same compensation as provided in section 5 of this Agreement.
