St Catherine's. College operates student accommodation under the terms of the Universities UK Code of Practice for the Management of Student Housing. If you have any observations about the Agreement or Code you should raise them with the appropriate member of staff and/or the representatives of the JCR or MCR. The College has put in place a procedure whereby concerns and more formal complaints can be registered. This procedure is included in the Information and Regulations booklet.
