Stabling. Without prejudice to Network Rail’s obligations, if any, under Schedule 5 to provide Stabling, Network Rail shall use all reasonable endeavours to provide such Stabling facilities as are necessary or expedient for or in connection with the provision of the Services in accordance with the Working Timetable.

Without prejudice to the CVL IM's obligations, if any, under Schedule 5 to provide Stabling, the CVL IM shall use all reasonable endeavours to provide such Stabling facilities as are necessary or expedient for or in connection with the provision of the Services in accordance with the Working Timetable.

Stabling. Nexus shall use all reasonable endeavours to specify in the applicable Bid any Stabling requirements to enable the train movement envisaged by any particular Train Slot to be completed without obstructing the Network.
Stabling. ABP shall use its reasonable endeavours, having regard to the Facility Operating Constraints, the Decision Criteria and its Safety Obligations, to provide such Stabling facilities as are necessary or expedient for or in connection with the provision of the Services.

The Train Operator shall use all reasonable endeavours to specify in the applicable Train Operator Variation Request any Stabling requirements to enable the train movement envisaged by any particular Train Slot to be completed without obstructing the CVL. The CVL IM shall use all reasonable endeavours to provide such Stabling facilities as are necessary for the provision of the Services in accordance with the Working Timetable. Where, due to unforeseen circumstances, the Train Operator wishes to store railway vehicles on the CVL, it shall first obtain the CVL IM’s approval of the location and period of storage, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld. Following such approval, the Train Operator shall submit a Train Operator Variation Request in accordance with the terms so approved. Subject thereto, the Train Operator has no entitlement to store railway vehicles on the CVL.
Stabling. (A) The Train Operator shall use all reasonable endeavours to specify in the applicable Train Operator Variation Request any Stabling requirements to enable the train movement envisaged by any particular Train Slot to be completed without obstructing the CVL.
Stabling. 2.8 The exercise of a Stabling right or the making of an Ancillary Movement shall not count against the number of Firm Train Slots.
