Common use of Staff Development Funding Clause in Contracts

Staff Development Funding. A. Staff development provides opportunities for all employees to maintain and advance their skills and knowledge as it pertains to the performance of their job duties and employment with the Student Health Center. B. Programs which are only partially applicable to an employee’s duties and responsibilities may be considered for staff development.

B. Full time employees are eligible for staff development funding. Part time employees are eligible on a pro rated basis. The funding for full-time and part-time employees will be pro rated based on the employee’s date of hire within the fiscal year. C.
