Directed Attendance Clause Samples

The Directed Attendance clause requires specific individuals or representatives to be present at certain meetings, events, or proceedings as directed by one party or as stipulated in the agreement. In practice, this may mean that a contractor must ensure key personnel attend project meetings, or a supplier must send technical experts to site visits when requested. The core function of this clause is to ensure that the right people are available to provide information, make decisions, or address issues promptly, thereby facilitating effective communication and project progress.
