Common use of STAFF REPRIMAND Clause in Contracts

STAFF REPRIMAND. 1. No ancillary staff employee shall be disciplined, reprimanded, reduced in rank or compensation, or deprived of professional benefits provided in this Agreement without just cause. Information forming the basis for the discipline or reduction in compensation or benefits provided in this Agreement will be available to the employee and the Association. Employees with temporary contracts are not subject to just cause or arbitrary and capricious standards or due process and may be terminated at any time for any reason.
