Staff Verification. For any employee a vendor contemplates using to provide services for the County, the vendor shall use its standard employment criteria as used for similar services provided to other customers in evaluating the suitability of that employee for such roles. Each service employee must possess the educational background, work experience, skills, applicable professional licenses, and related professional certifications commensurate with their position. The County may, at any time and at its sole discretion, request that the vendor demonstrate compliance with this requirement as applicable to the nature of the services to be offered by the vendor’s employee. The County may, at its sole discretion, also request the vendor’s certification that the vendor employee has undergone a chemical/drug screening, with negative results, prior to granting access to the County facilities.
