Staffing Compliment. The staffing on Project Python shall be as follows: up to 50% of the weekend production needs will be staffed under the overtime method contained in the Collective Agreement. The remaining 50% of weekend production needs will be staffed under this Memorandum. Provided however, if the Company cannot sufficiently staff Project Python pursuant to this paragraph, the Company will utilize weekend crew workers to meet the staffing needs without regard to the percentages in this paragraph. Weekend work crews will be laid off prior to any full time employee being placed on permanent layoff.

  • Staffing There shall be a clinician employed by the outside contractor for EAP Services who will be on-site a minimum of 20 hours a week. The clinician shall report directly to the outside contractor, Peer Assistance Oversight Committee and the MIF liaison. There shall be three full-time Peer Assistants reporting to the outside contractor.

  • Required Services Consultant agrees to perform the services, and deliver to City the “Deliverables” (if any) described in the attached Exhibit A, incorporated into the Agreement by this reference, within the time frames set forth therein, time being of the essence for this Agreement. The services and/or Deliverables described in Exhibit A shall be referred to herein as the “Required Services.”
