Staffing for Program. Other than Learning Coaches, Oakland Schools shall be responsible for providing all necessary staffing and administrative personnel to carry out the Program either directly or in accordance with the provisions of the OLP Agreement. All personnel overseeing a Student and his/her respective participation in the Program will be eligible for such employment, properly qualified, licensed and/or certified in accordance with all applicable federal and state laws, rules and regulations.
