Staffing of Clinics. Group agrees to assign a dentist to act as Clinical Director at each Clinic. Group will assure that each Clinic is adequately staffed during operating hours, including extended hours of operation, with such dental personnel as may be necessary to efficiently carry out the practice of dentistry at each Clinic.

Staffing of Clinics. Triad shall staff each Clinic with one or more of: a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (“LCSW”), a licensed Psychologist, a licensed Psychiatrist, or a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (“LPCC”). Triad shall also provide such other staff as Triad shall determine is necessary to operate each Clinic. (The LCSWs, Psychologists, Psychiatrists, LPCCs and other staff used by Triad to operate the Clinic are collectively referred to in this Agreement as “Clinic Staff.”) Triad shall ensure all Clinic Staff are licensed and/or certified as required by law. Triad shall provide all supervision needed for patient treatment and other Clinic services. All Clinic Staff shall be employees or contractors of Triad, as the case may be, and shall not be considered employees of the District for any purpose. The parties acknowledge and agree that the following shall apply to all Clinic Staff:
Staffing of Clinics. (a)Medical Clinic -CFMC shall staff the Clinics with an advanced practice registered nurse (“APRN”) or physician assistant (“PA”), a nurse, and such other staff as CFMC shall determine is necessary for the operation of each Clinic. CFMC shall arrange for a collaborative physician to be available for consultations with the APRN or PA. (The APRNs, PAs, RNs, LPN’s, medical assistants, collaborative physicians and other staff used by CFMC to operate the Clinic are collectively referred to in this Agreement as “Clinic Staff.”) CFMC shall ensure that all Clinic Staff are duly licensed and/or certified by the Commonwealth of Kentucky and in good standing with the Kentucky Board of Medical Licensure or the Kentucky Board of Nursing, as applicable. CFMC shall provide all supervision needed for patient treatment and other Clinic services. The parties acknowledge and agree that the following shall apply to all Clinic Staff, provided, however, that all Clinic Staff shall be employees or contractors of CFMC, as the case may be, and shall not be considered employees of the District for any purpose

  • Training and Education SECTION 1 – Law Enforcement Supervisors’ Training The state and the PBA recognize the importance of supervisor training programs to develop management skills in our law enforcement supervisors. The state will make a reasonable effort to continue existing training programs in law enforcement techniques and to develop new programs in performance review techniques, supervisory skills, and managerial techniques.

The clinician shall report directly to the outside contractor, Peer Assistance Oversight Committee and the MIF liaison. There shall be three full-time Peer Assistants reporting to the outside contractor.

  • Healthcare Regulatory Matters (a) Each Company Group Member is currently in material compliance with and, since January 1, 2019, each Company Group Member has complied in all material respects, with all Applicable Healthcare Industry Laws. Since January 1, 2019, each Company Group Member has maintained and complied in all material respects with a corporate compliance program that includes the implementation of policies, procedures, and training programs, and other compliance activities designed for its employees and agents to comply with all Applicable Healthcare Industry Laws.

  • Credentialing The Provider will maintain written documentation confirming that each individual providing services under this agreement has and maintains the requisite credentials. Any change in status regarding any credentialing requirements must be reported in writing, by the Provider to the Department's Credentialing Contracted Agent, within thirty days.

  • Directory Assistance 72.1 The Parties acknowledge that CenturyLink is not a Directory Assistance (DA) provider. CenturyLink provides directory listings information for its subscribers to third party DA providers to be included in the national and local databases used by such third party providers. The Parties agree that to the extent the DA provider contracted by CLEC for DA services to CLEC’s subscribers also populates the national DA database, then CLEC’s DA listings have been made available to CenturyLink’s subscribers and no further effort is needed by either Party. If for any reason, CLEC desires that CenturyLink act as a middleman conduit for the placement of CLEC’s DA listings in the DA database(s), then CenturyLink shall provide such compensable DA listings service pursuant to separate written terms and conditions between CenturyLink and CLEC which will be attached to this Agreement as an Amendment.
