Stage II, Established Program Criteria. In Stage II, the Grant Applications will be ranked on the basis of the established program criteria listed in the table below and value for money / competitiveness of the grant funding requested (i.e., cost per space to government, etc.). Grant Applications that meet or exceed the total minimum required points for each criteria will be considered for final selection.
