Common use of Staging Clause in Contracts

Staging. SECTION A. The category of personnel sometimes heretofore referred to as "stagers" is not deemed a separate craft and the function sometimes heretofore known as "staging" will be deemed for all purposes a directorial function. SECTION B. The terms and conditions of employment of persons engaged by the Company in performing the aforesaid directorial function shall be governed by this Agreement and such persons will be required to comply with all provisions of this Agreement.
