Stainless Steel Fabrication. Fabrication of Stainless Steel products, including but not limited to, pressure vessels and piping, high purity piping, mixing systems and emulsifiers, food process tanks and equipment, as well as providing services, such as site installations, shutdowns and mobile welding. The products and services are tailored to the individual client (“Buyer”). These terms and conditions govern the sale of Products (“Product or Products”) and provisions of services (“Services) by WCE. The contract between WCE and the buyer relating to any of the Products or its services including customer service and technical backup or transactions is subject to the agreement herein. This Agreement takes precedence over any Buyer’s supplemental or conflicting terms and conditions to which notice of objection is hereby given. WCE’s failure to object to conflicting or additional terms will not change or add to the terms of this agreement. Buyer’s acceptance of the Products and/or Services from the Seller shall be deemed to constitute acceptance of the terms and conditions contained herein. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, these Terms apply to and form part of all agreements for the supply of Products and related Services by WCE.

  • FABRICATION Making up data or results and recording or reporting them.

  • Assembly (1)(a) The Contracting Parties shall have an Assembly.

  • Load Shedding The Distributor may carry out Load Shedding in the following circumstances:

  • Mastectomy Services Inpatient This plan provides coverage for a minimum of forty-eight (48) hours in a hospital following a mastectomy and a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours in a hospital following an axillary node dissection. Any decision to shorten these minimum coverages shall be made by the attending physician in consultation with and upon agreement with you. If you participate in an early discharge, defined as inpatient care following a mastectomy that is less than forty-eight (48) hours and inpatient care following an axillary node dissection that is less than twenty-four (24) hours, coverage shall include a minimum of one (1) home visit conducted by a physician or registered nurse.

  • Manufacturing (a) The Supplier shall without limitation be responsible, at no additional cost to the Purchaser, for: sourcing and procuring all raw materials for the Products; obtaining all necessary approvals, permits and licenses for the manufacturing of the Products; providing sufficient qualified staff and workers to perform the obligations under this Purchase Agreement; implementing and maintaining effective inventory and production control procedures with respect to the Products; and handling other matters as reasonably requested by the Purchaser from time to time.

  • Rubric The rubrics are a scoring tool used for the Educator’s self-assessment, the formative assessment, the formative evaluation and the summative evaluation. The districts may use either the rubrics provided by ESE or comparably rigorous and comprehensive rubrics developed or adopted by the district and reviewed by ESE.

  • Consumables During the design phase, Purchaser may participate in the selection of suppliers of consumables of the Supplier. In such case, the choice regarding the final selection of the said suppliers shall be mutually agreed between the Parties. Two suppliers shall be identified and selected for each type of consumables.

  • Tooling Unless otherwise specified in this Agreement, all tooling and/or all other articles required for the performance hereof shall be furnished by Seller, maintained in good condition and replaced when necessary at Seller's expense. If NETAPP agrees to pay Seller for special tooling or other items either separately or as a stated part of the unit price of Goods purchased herein, title to same shall be and remain in NETAPP upon payment therefore.

  • Fueling delivering or dispensing fuel, defueling and refueling, or any other transfer of fuel on Airport property.
