Common use of STAND-BY SERVICES Clause in Contracts

STAND-BY SERVICES. A. Contractor shall provide, at no charge to County or the requesting agency, ambulance and/or Field Supervisor stand-by services at the scene of an emergency incident within Contractor’s authorized response zone where there may be an imminent life threat when directed by the dispatch center or upon request of a public safety agency Incident Commander.

STAND-BY SERVICES. A. Contractor shall provide, at no charge to County or the requesting agency, ambulance and/or Field Supervisor stand-by services at the scene of an emergency incident within Contractor’s authorized response zone zones where there may be an imminent life threat when directed by the dispatch center or upon request of a public safety agency Incident Commander.

Contractor shall provide, at no charge to County City or the requesting agency, ambulance Ambulance and/or Field Supervisor medical stand-by services at the scene of an emergency Emergency incident within Contractor’s authorized response zone the Service Area where there may be an imminent life threat when directed by WCRCC, for events sponsored by the dispatch center City, or upon request of a public safety agency Incident Commander.
