STANDARD CONDITIONS OF SALE. The Standard Conditions form part of this Agreement so far as they are applicable to a sale by private treaty and are not inconsistent with the other terms of this Agreement save that:
STANDARD CONDITIONS OF SALE. (1) Subject to the variations mentioned in subclause (2), the Standard Conditions of Sale (Third Edition) (excluding Conditions 2.3, 3.2.2, 4.2.3, 4.5.2, 4.5.5, 5.1.1, 5.1.2, 5.2.3, 7.1, 7.2, 7.3, 8.1.3 and 8.
STANDARD CONDITIONS OF SALE. Unless otherwise indicated on the face of this Warranty Agreement, title, liability for and risk of loss to Products sold hereunder (the “Products”) passes to Buyer upon loading for shipment at Seller’s producing location.
STANDARD CONDITIONS OF SALE. 3.1 The sale of the Property is subject to the Standard Conditions (as hereby varied) so far as the same are not inconsistent with the terms hereof and subject to the following:
(a) the prescribed rate of interest is 4% per annum above Westpac Indicator Lending Rate from time to time;
STANDARD CONDITIONS OF SALE. The SELLER hereby authorises the Auctioneer to sell the Property subject to its standard conditions of sale with which he declares himself to be acquainted and the SELLER undertakes to abide by any discretion exercised by the Auctioneer in terms thereof.
STANDARD CONDITIONS OF SALE. The following standard terms and conditions apply to every agreement entered into by the Company for the supply of Equipment and the provision of Services.
STANDARD CONDITIONS OF SALE. (1) Subject to the variations mentioned in sub-clause (2), the Standard Conditions of Sale (Third Edition) (excluding Conditions 1.1.1(a)(ii), 1.2, 1.3, 1.4, 3.2.2, 3.2.3, , 5.1.1, 5.1.2, 5.2., 8.1.3 and 8.3) are incorporated in this agreement so far as they:
(a) apply to a sale by private treaty;
(b) relate to freehold or leasehold property as appropriate; and
(c) are not inconsistent with the other clauses of this agreement.
(2) The Standard Conditions of Sale (Third Edition) shall be varied as follows:
(a) add at the end of condition 2.
2.1: or by a direct credit to a bank account nominated by the seller's solicitor. The deposit shall be paid by a method which gives immediately available funds";
(b) in condition 3.1.2(d) replace "except those maintained by H.M. Land Registry or its Land Charges Department or by Companies House" by "except, first, mortgages and, secondly, any entries on the register maintained by H.M. Land Registry not disclosed by office copy entries supplied before the date of the Option by the seller or his solicitors to the buyer or his solicitors";
(c) at the end of condition 3.
STANDARD CONDITIONS OF SALE. In purchasing the Products from Polarchem, AGT shall be bound by Polarchem’s standard conditions of sale in force from time to time and AGT shall not make or give any promises, representations, warranties or guarantees with reference to the Products except such as are consistent with this Agreement or as expressly authorized by Polarchem in writing. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity arising out of a comparison of this Agreement and Polarchem’s standard conditions of sale, the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail.

STANDARD CONDITIONS OF SALE. The General Conditions shall apply to this Agreement but where there is a conflict between the General Conditions and the express terms of this Agreement then this Agreement prevails.
