Agreement Prevails. This Agreement shall prevail in the event of any conflicting terms or legends that may appear on Lucent Information or Company Information or Joint Information.

v. days to be substituted for, or a procedure for substituting , days referred to in paragraph (iv);
vi. monetary allowances for:
A. expenses incurred in the course of employment;
B. responsibilities or skills that are not taken into account in rates of pay for Employees; or
C. disabilities associated with the performance of particular tasks or work in particular conditions or locations;
vii. loadings for working overtime or for shift work;
viii. penalty rates;
ix. outworker conditions;
x. any other matter specified in the Regulations;
xi. any terms that are incidental to, or are machinery provisions in respect of, matters listed above.
Agreement Prevails. If there is any inconsistency between the provisions of this Agreement and those of any other Transaction Document, then the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise by the Parties, these Terms will prevail over any other agreement, terms or conditions regarding the subject matter, pre-contractual negotiations, and to the exclusion of all other terms proposed by either Party (including any terms or conditions which you purport to apply under any purchase order, confirmation order, specification, invoice or other document) and no terms or conditions endorsed upon, delivered with or contained in any other document or with the Products, will form part of the Terms. The Terms will apply to the relationship between the parties in addition to any specific terms agreed to herein or specifically agreed by the Parties from time to time. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these Terms and the Policies, the provisions of these Terms shall prevail.
