Standard Letting Terms. In these letting terms:- provisions relating to the Property, Room and Common Parts apply to every part of it including any fixtures, fittings and decorations. when two or more persons are together the Landlord or the Tenant, they are responsible for their obligations both jointly and individually. the Landlord includes the persons from time to time entitled to receive the Rent. if the Landlord holds the Property on a lease, the Landlord will procure that (where appropriate) his obligations are fulfilled by the superior landlord. the headings are only for convenience and are not part of the Letting Terms.

  • Shipping Terms All deliveries will be F.O.B. destination, freight pre-paid, with all transportation and handling charges paid by the Contractor.

The Contractor must secure and deliver any item within five (5) working days, or as agreed to on any corresponding customer Purchase Order.

  • Governing Terms Section 2.2 is amended by deleting the last sentence of the section and replacing it with the following: “Any inconsistency between any terms of this Master Agreement and any terms of the Confirmation Agreement or terms of the Collateral Annex, as may be modified in this Confirmation Agreement, shall be resolved in favor of the terms of this Confirmation Agreement or such Collateral Annex.”.
