Common use of Standard Services Clause in Contracts

Standard Services. The following services are provided as part of the AccessFee: a) Users may create and maintain AVS+ portfoliosonline. b) Users may obtain Association Value information on securities which may or may not be owned by the Licensee. c) Users may request unlimited Reports during the service period, excluding posted system shutdown and maintenance periods. d) A Period End Report will be automatically created for all active portfolios, unless the user has elected not to receive same. e) Users may customize receipt of notifications regarding specific securities.
