Standards and Programs. The Contractor shall, at his own cost and responsibility: 7.1. Maintain detailed documentation including Operators and Service Manuals, routine performance data, alarm and fail data on all systems and equipment under its care, custody and control. 7.2. Assure safety reliable performance of all systems stated above and shall keep the same in a clean, calibrated, adjusted and in good working condition. 7.3. Develop, implement and conduct Maintenance Program based on a Routine and Preventive Maintenance Program, to prevent the occurrence of defects and to detect deficiencies and take corrective action before causing any damage to the Hospital. 7.4. Maintain concise and detailed records of the scheduled Preventive Maintenance performed, deficiencies detailed and remedial actions taken. In addition to the above stated, all repair work performed shall be in accordance with the Company approved procedures and associated documentation shall be submitted to the Company as needed, for review and record purposes.
