Common use of Standby Payments Clause in Contracts

Standby Payments. ‌ A standby payment for standby assignment shall be paid to Employee(s), so assigned on the following basis: i) three dollars and fifteen cents ($3.15) cents per hour on a regular working day(s); ii) four dollars and twenty-five cents ($4.25) cents per hour on days off and Designated holidays. This payment shall be in addition to any call back payment. Other Than Full Time Emergency Medical Services Employees shall be paid five dollars ($5.00) for each hour on standby with a minimum payment of eight (8) hours each day on standby.

Other Than Full Time Emergency Medical Services Employees shall be paid five dollars ($5.00) for each hour on standby with a minimum payment of eight (8) hours each day on standby.

This payment shall be in addition to any call back payment. Other Than Full Time Emergency Medical Services Employees shall be paid five four dollars and twelve cents ($5.004.12) for each hour on standby with a minimum payment of eight (8) hours each day on standby.
