Starting Material Receiving Schedule. Within [**] of receiving a Binding Order, Fujifilm shall prepare and deliver to Sponsor a Receiving Schedule. i. Based on the Receiving Schedule, Sponsor shall use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver the Starting Materials to the GMP Facility in the quantity listed on the Receiving Schedule (i) no later than on the [**], but (ii) no earlier than [**]. Parties shall agree in writing, which may be via email, on specific shipment dates for Starting Material. Sponsor acknowledges that the failure by Sponsor to provide Starting Material within the timeframe agreed by the Parties may result in postponed Manufacture Start Date or Delivery Date equal to Sponsor delay. ii. Sponsor shall ship Starting Material so that [**] batches of such Starting Material are received [**]. [**] = Portions of this exhibit have been omitted pursuant to a confidential treatment request.   • Reporting Schedule Consultant shall report regularly, and not less frequent than once per week, to the Company his actions on behalf of the Company.

  • Delivery Schedule The Goods specified in the List of Goods are required to be delivered within the acceptable time range (after the earliest and before the final date, both dates inclusive) specified in Section V, Schedule of Requirements. No credit will be given to deliveries before the earliest date, and Tenders offering delivery after the final date shall be treated as non-responsive.   • Flexible Work Schedule A flexible work schedule is any schedule that is not a regular, alternate, 9/80, or 4/10 work schedule and where the employee is not scheduled to work more than 40 hours in the "workweek" as defined in Subsections F. and H., below.

  • Escrow Format Specification Deposit’s Format. Registry objects, such as domains, contacts, name servers, registrars, etc. will be compiled into a file constructed as described in draft-xxxxx-xxxxxxx-registry-data-escrow, see Part A, Section 9, reference 1 of this Specification and draft-xxxxx-xxxxxxx-dnrd-objects-mapping, see Part A, Section 9, reference 2 of this Specification (collectively, the “DNDE Specification”). The DNDE Specification describes some elements as optional; Registry Operator will include those elements in the Deposits if they are available. If not already an RFC, Registry Operator will use the most recent draft version of the DNDE Specification available at the Effective Date. Registry Operator may at its election use newer versions of the DNDE Specification after the Effective Date. Once the DNDE Specification is published as an RFC, Registry Operator will implement that version of the DNDE Specification, no later than one hundred eighty (180) calendar days after. UTF-8 character encoding will be used.

  • Receivable Schedule The information set forth in the Receivable Schedule was true and correct in all material respects as of the close of business on the Cutoff Date, and no selection procedures believed to be adverse to the Depositor and/or the Noteholders were utilized in selecting the Receivables from those retail installment sale contracts which met the criteria contained in this Receivables Purchase Agreement. The information set forth in the data tape or other listing regarding the Receivables made available to the Depositor and its assigns was true and correct in all material respects as of the close of business on the Cutoff Date.
