State Bar Dues. The Employer agrees to pay each employee’s annual dues to the State Bar of Michigan. The Employer agrees to pay each employee’s annual dues to the Criminal Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan and shall pay annual dues for one additional, job related, section chosen by the employee. All costs related to an employee’s membership or participation in any Committee of the State Bar of Michigan shall be borne by each employee.

State Bar Dues. The Employer shall continue to pay for assistant prosecuting attorneys’ memberships in the State Bar of Michigan, which is necessary for the attorneys’ eligibility to practice law in the State of Michigan.

State Bar Dues. ‌ The State Bar agrees to pay annual State Bar membership fees as set forth in Business and Professions Code for all regular full-time Employees in the Attorney Unit.

Related to State Bar Dues

  • State Law This Agreement is made under, and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Connecticut.

  • State Aid 1. Any aid granted by a Contracting Party or through state resources in any form whatsoever which distorts or threatens to distort competition by favouring certain undertakings or the production of certain goods shall, insofar as it may affect trade between the Contracting Parties, be incompatible with the proper functioning of this Agreement.

  • Regulation of School District Expenses The Board regulates the reimbursement of all travel, meal, and lodging expenses in the District by resolution. No later than approval of the annual budget and when necessary, the Superintendent will recommend a maximum allowable reimbursement amount for expenses to be included in the resolution. The recommended amount should be based upon the District's budget and other financial considerations.

  • Federal Occupational Safety and Health Law Contractor represents and warrants that all articles and services shall meet or exceed the safety standards established and promulgated under the Federal Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, as amended (29 U.S.C. Chapter 15).

  • AT&T-12STATE acknowledges that CLEC may have an embedded base of one-way trunks ordered and installed prior to the Effective Date of this Agreement that were used for termination of CLEC’s Section 251(b)(5)/IntraLATA Toll Traffic to AT&T-12STATE (Embedded Base). To the extent that CLEC has such an Embedded Base, CLEC shall only augment trunk groups in the Embedded Base with the mutual agreement of the Parties. CLEC shall not order any new one-way trunk groups following the Effective Date of this Agreement. Moreover, the Parties agree that the Embedded Base will be converted to two-way trunk groups under the following circumstances:
