Common use of State Inspectors Clause in Contracts

State Inspectors. At any time and/or prior to final payment of funds for work performed under this Agreement, the State may perform an inspection of the work performed to assure compliance with the terms herein and to review the workmanship of the Sponsor's contractors and/or consultants. No inspector is authorized to change any provisions of this Agreement or any provisions of Agreements between the Sponsor and the Sponsor's contractor and/or consultant.
