The client also understands that certain states, such as California, Oklahoma, and Minnesota, require that applicants/employees be afforded a checkbox to allow them to indicate that they would like a copy of any report received by the Client. The client agrees that it will work with experienced legal counsel as appropriate to ensure that all applicable requirements are accounted for.
